Coating of boilerwall in France

At a gas-fired power plant in France, we were asked to coat the boiler casing for final delivery. This involved spot repairs.

As is often the case, the coating had been damaged towards the end of construction and before final delivery due to the numerous activities that took place during the build. By this time, scaffolding had already been removed, making rope access the ideal solution.

For nearly 3 weeks, a team of 5 workers cleaned, ground, brushed, and applied multiple layers of coating. And since we were on site, we also carried out additional work on cables and supports.
