Welding on Boiler

During the construction of a boiler house at a power plant, we carried out the welding work in hard-to-reach areas.

To make the corners more accessible, a scaffold with lifting equipment was constructed above the work area. To make the welder’s task easier, we used our electric winch. This allowed the welder to be positioned comfortably, with minimal effort, and with precise centimeter-level adjustments. This setup significantly improved the welder’s posture and comfort during the job.

When welding from the ropes, a second person is always stationed next to the welder to assist, but primarily to ensure that safety remains the top priority during the welding process.
